The global outbreak of the coronavirus has impacted many of our lives in various ways. At Parkway Bank, the health and safety of our customers, communities, and employees are of utmost importance to us, and we are implementing actions to help protect you and your loved ones. 

Limited Lobby Access

As the current COVID-19 guidelines recommend social distancing, we are limiting lobby traffic at our branches for the safety of our customers and employees.

We encourage you to use our walk-up, drive-up or ATM facilities to transact your business, as possible.  If you need to open an account or access your safety deposit box, please notify a bank teller or call us at (888) 498-9800, and we will accommodate you.

Beginning Saturday, March 28th, all branches in Arizona will be closed on Saturdays until further notice



Beginning 3/19/20, all other branches will temporarily have earlier closing times, as follows:


Monday / Friday:         4:30 p.m.
Tuesday / Thursday:   4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:                4:00 p.m.*
Saturday:                    12:00 Noon

* Lobbies that are normally closed on Wednesdays will continue to do so.

For transactions that cannot be handled online, we encourage everyone - especially anyone considered high risk for COVID-19 - to call their local branch to set an appointment. 

In addition to providing resources that allow you to do your banking remotely, we have been instructing our employees on the latest health tips from the CDC to help keep everyone as safe as possible. This includes enhanced cleaning procedures, travel-related guidelines for employees, and the ability to implement additional safety steps as needed.

As the situation is fluid, we will continue to monitor and update our customers as changes arise.
